The most connected HR organization
hr connection was founded in 1995 with the vision to connect HR leaders with the knowledge and resources to do their jobs better and match organizations with the right HR talent.
Today, our original vision still holds true – we are the most connected HR organization in the Twin Cities.
Every day, we meet with HR experts and business leaders. Those who work for small businesses, Fortune 100 companies, and everything in between. Our passion and local collaborations within the HR profession are unmatched.
We pride ourselves on our sole focus of human resources and hold ourselves to the highest standard and deep understanding of HR to help solve our clients’ challenges.
A few of the amazing clients we serve.
Welcome to the online home of hr connection®, the premier community of HR professionals.
A letter from our president:
In 2004 I took one of the biggest risks of my life. I left my “traditional” HR career and acquired hr connection, an organization that I had come to value after being a client myself for several years. The risk paid off – I never dreamed that I could have a job that would provide me with the opportunity to have so much impact and one that I would love so much!
Every month we host hundreds of HR professionals who come together in small groups to discuss strategic HR challenges, identify solutions, share practical tools and experiences, and exchange support and encouragement which we sometimes refer to as “HR therapy.” Members leave feeling inspired and better equipped to face the challenges awaiting them, especially in these times of rapid change and so much uncertainty.
As we became an organization more connected to HR talent than any other organization I know, we also became the “go to” organization for matching exceptional HR talent to critical HR roles and opportunities. Through offering search, consulting and contract services, I have had the opportunity to impact hundreds of careers through the years by helping people find their own “dream jobs.”
Through getting to know our small group members (some of which have been members for the entire time I have been here) as well as the placements I have helped make, I have developed deep and meaningful friendships which I will cherish for the rest of my life.
So thank you for taking the time to stop by, get to know us, and to get to know me. We would love for you to “come find your place at our table.”
Sincerely,
Sue Bergstrom, Owner and President
