hr/connection is the premier Twin Cities community of small groups for HR leaders and emerging leaders.
Every month, we gather more than 200 HR experts in small groups— 20+ collectives with 10-18 individuals in each.
Our team curates and matches each group to create a vibrant culture, where members connected with others in similar roles and levels in their careers. During every meeting, the group gathers to discuss challenges, share solutions, evaluate practical tools, stay on the leading edge of learning, find resourceful camaraderie, and leave feeling that they are adding and receiving value.
